2026 Frat PNM Guide + Rankings

ill give real rankings and what the houses are known for after i do this mini speech just for some help. during welcome week try and meet as many people as you can because if you do not know someone in the fraternity you are rushing its a very low chance you are getting in. unless ur rushing bouses. the top 4 houses are all pretty much interchangable with different types of people. here are my best peices of advice for you all:
1. Use your connections, if you dont have a connection in the top 4 houses you could be the best guy ever and they prob wont bid you.
2. Stop looking at greek rank, this is ran by bouses putting themselves as lower touse when they are rlly just mouse
3. Rush 4 place per day and split it out, you are rushing against prob 2k other people up your chances
4. dont just rush touse, indana is huge and every party is fat even lambdas and i hate lambda. All top 4 houses pretty much gave out their bids or alrdy know who they are going to bid leaving a few for the randoms. Istg you will find fun even at a house off campus there are rockets in every sorority even bouses
5. Take your bid in the fall if you have one, dont shoot for higher. Being a spring will suck, in my house there is a huge divide, you are like the freshman in the basketball team.

Here is the real rankings:
1. Beta: Beta has a beautiful house and will easily stay touse, Phi sig had there runw hen beta was on sopro but now they are back. If you arent friends with the rush chair alrdy good luck. Cool guys party hard
2. Phi Sig: Pretty mixed group, always run out of drinks always rockets on there stage. Cool guys. Got lucky with the Aphi pair after AEPI got officially cooked
3. Phi Delt: EAST COAST FRATIOOOO. Big scandal on their whole chainsmokers event i would put them lower for that but still they are in the top 4
4. Pi Kaaps: Mainly Indiana people dont expect to have good grades and you will have to put in a lot of work in the social aspect. Emphasis on the amount of time you will need to spend here. Pairs with touse.

Mouses (Dont let mouse fool you, these houses pair with rockets and are still great houses):
ZBT: Touchy subject but they still pair well (Maybe paying) was the top house before they got kicked off, their layout is still pretty sick
SAE: USed to be better before the whole lambda scandal (Code word). Def recovered, the name alone brings in good guys but they are not close to touse
Theta Chi: Cool house, very smart house gpa wise. Very east coasty. Guys are alright like the other mouses youll find squids and dimes
Sigma Nu: OG house on campus always been a good house, mainly an Indiana houses. Heard that they are in trouble so thats why im putting them lower then usual. Im sure they will recover.
Sig Ep: Last of all the middle houses, never been to a party of theres other then that one production party. Mainly Indiana I think, still cool guys i expect to see a lot in the future.

Bouses (I am going to miss a lot because there is a lot of houses i forget about but im still gonna rank anyways):
Beta Sig: Damn near a mouse, just bad poi on the map.
Delts: They are alr, they invite every single house in touse and mouse trying to fit in there. Lowk working in a weird way theyve ranked up a lil. The top 4 never show up tho unless we wanna f around
Sammy: Off campus jouse all i got
lambda: Cool guys, oldest house on campus pretty sure (The house)
