Can we talk about KAT? Theta is honestly in a really good position going into next year. They had a strong new member class, and with another solid recruitment cycle, they could easily move up the rankings. They’ve also built a reputation for helping fraternities improve their standing, which isn’t something you can say about most sororities.
The only thing holding them back is that their socials seem overly focused on Pike. If they diversified who they socialized with more, they’d probably rank even higher. And honestly, having wine nights with an off-campus house isn’t really the flex they seem to think it is.
