they have no money. tpa at iu is one of their only housed sororities. they have no consistent way of selecting live ins or determining the price of living in so tons of ppl keep dropping. tpa nationals went bankrupt several times over the years (which caused them to almost go unhoused mid year in 2018, but member raised enough money to pay for it out of their own pockets).
