WHICH HOUSES ARE ON THE RISE

Theres a few here’s why
Touse:
Phi delt- definitely was a top house before but has the potential to be #1 if they keep on having concerts and great pairs. Squidish PCs tho.
OX- Threw great parties and capitalized on suspensions stayed out of trouble and climbed the ranks will probably hold their position in the rankings next year.
Mouse:
Not really any mouse houses on the rise, defy Delts if they would stop self posting on grank.
Bouse:
A Sig- New house and definitely could be something that makes them better. Still a lot of squids and a lot of work to to but overall could get a lot better this year and will have more hype.
Dke- just resigned their hosie and are in a okay position going into this year. Cnd hurt them but they definitely have potential for next year and could become a touse contender in the next year .
Acacia- definitely not the most established option but will be more relevant in the next few years and they have a good history at IU. Definitely a good house if you don’t have connects into others.
K sig- big name nationally & getting their house back in a few years definitely will be more relavent if you’re into waiting but still bouse for now.

Nice reply Pike, but pretty much everything you said was straight up cap. DKE was pairing ADPi for Little 5 and has no tpa girls anywhere. Ksig is getting a house the year after next too, when you’re gonna stay off campus forever, realize that you’re going down and nobody wants to rush you.

always hating, Dke will definitely be on the rise, not touse lmao but will Fs be landing better pairs. Also k sig is getting their house back in 2 years. Stay mad bc you’re never going to be on campus pike.

Dke will stay bouse. Plenty of dke squid… the most underwhelming…
Sigma pi even does it better.

Top - Phi sig comfortably taking beta/pi kapps old spot at top.
Mid - Snu if they get right with their nationals and can throw consistently this fall. They made the most of other better houses being on CND.
Lower - Lambda making moves with their reno and better pairs than years past (too bad about Little 5)

SAE looked good this year. Climbing into top touse tier if they have a good fall pc.
Lil bro Sig Ep doing all the right things and will move up.
Delts dropped all their mouse and bouse pairs this spring and is trying to be the backup plan for all the touse girls... And it might be working. Might see some movement this year if they can finally pack that courtyard for once.

Delts thinking that if they stopped pairing with DG and AOPI that they'd suddenly get zeta and dz to pair is the dumbest thing that happened all year those squids are delusional

DKE and touse contender should not be in the same sentence. Kids solo pair with SDT and still have TPA/Dphie at their parties even though they're housed.
Ksig won't get their house back for another like 3 years. If you rush them now you won't get a house until you're a senior. Have fun at chimney rock
