Which houses are declining vs rising

Touse:
Phi Sig- 📈 Paired with Aphi, good darties and were consistent option, arguably touse now
Phi Delt- 📉 only declining because shutting the gates on Chainsmokers backfired on them, otherwise had good pairs but never threw otherwise
Beta- 📉 CND most of the year, still have a great rep with people but not what it was in the beginning of the year (were easily a top 25 frat in the country before slide incident)
Pikapps- 📉 good pairs and throw a lot but the guys aren’t all that and party setup blows

Lower touse

SAE- 📈 good parties and consistent, solid freshman fall and spring class, would jump into the touse tier if one of the top 4 fell for some reason
Theta Chi- 📈 consistently threw and would have all top houses at their parties if nobody else threw, but guys act like they’re touse when they’re only benefitting from people on CND
Fiji- 📉 declined a lot for some reason this year socially, barely viewed in the lower touse tier anymore but people still go

Mouse:
Aepii 📉 was touse tier before CND but the poor setup and just not being able to throw really hurt, still bought bands everywhere and was at everything but if beta could barely survive the hit that year long cnd gives to their rep then these guys certainly will need some time to recover, freshman a bit mixed (falls chill springs meh)
ZBT- 📉 off campus killing them but good pairs, guys are a bit weird and they treat springs like second class citizens for some reason
Phi Psi- 📉 CND all year killed them, house is really nice and can recover but it won’t be overnight
Sig Ep- 📈 not good not bad, nothing of note to share, improving only because houses around them declining
SNU- 📉 CND at the end of the year and parties were a bit meh, went from underrated to overrated quickly over winter break
Delts- 📈 kinda the last resort for people if nobody else was throwing and a bit hit or miss sometimes but not bad, have lots of potential

Bouse:
Pike 📉 Pikes peak wasn’t peak and got shut down immediately, rep has taken a hit but we’ll know midway through next semester if they’re fixing it, need permanent house on campus but could have the potential to be touse if that happens (would’ve been a top 5 pike chapter if they could’ve snagged phi psi’s house)
Beta Sig- 📉 losing their house will kill them (tep’s house isn’t gonna save them) but may be able to retain some part of social rep, freshman seem a bit weird
Sig Pi- 📈 have a good house plus a fire DJ setup but mixed reviews on the guys and it’s disgusting inside, freshman may save them but not sure
Sammy- 📉 irrelevant ever since losing their house and continue to decline, get mogged by ZBT and that’s not a good thing at all
Lambda- 📉the pit might be able to save them next year but no little 5 pair and SA case ended their year on a sour note, freshman otherwise chill
Asig- 📉 nothing of note from them, bad pairs (couldn’t even get adpi or phi mu) and house was meh, could rebound depending on setup in their new house but unlikely
Tep 📉 paired with SK before cnd in the fall and was just irrelevant entirely, not sure what to say, at least their Prez allegedly got with Charlie damelio
