2026-2027 fall ranking

1. Beta-regardless if you think phi sig should be one, Beta is true touse. Good rich kids and best property on campus
2. Phi Sig- Good consistent parties and good kids
3. Phi Delt- Can’t put them any lower sadly especially after Chainsmokers, sorry you herbs didn’t get in and complain about it.
4. SAE- decent parties and rich kids won’t go up any time soon or down.
5. Theta Chi- Haven’t heard a bad thing about them, only problem they bid 87 kids in the fall
6. Pi Kapps- if anyone has them higher your a squid there springs remind me of TEP falls
7. FIJI- Always going to be up there just a weird little cult good kids tho
8. Phi Psi- before they got kicked off they were heading in direction of top 5 unfortunate circumstances
9. Sig ep- underwhelming parties everytime I go
10. ZBT- Off campus house but somehow pairs are good so good for them
11. Delts- have a mansion, parties are either good or ass no in between
12. SNU- like there parties, but they always seem to get into trouble
13. Lambda Chi- I love Lambda so much they should be touse by next year
14. Rest don’t matter at all.
