Did Haiti experience another earthquake?

went to grab Jimmy John’s, but forget it. The whole place was chaos. People were twerking everywhere, others had blunts hanging out of their mouths, and I saw at least five people wearing bulletproof vests like it was some kind of fashion statement. I’ve never seen anything like that before. At that point, it just felt like people were trying to protect themselves from their own crowd.
