What needs to happen after Phi delt scammed everyone

Phi delt doing this sets a principle that any frat could do this. I believe phi delf profited around $200,000. Since obviously no one will do anything legal like a lawsuit, and obviously phi delt wont pay people back, I don’t see any reason why people don’t retaliate. Make it rain baseballs in there parking lot for a few days, destroy there house from the outside. If nothing happens, other frats will over sell bands and do the same thing
