Do mid tier houses do COB?

I don't care about top tier houses. Do houses like SK, aopi, adpi, phi mu ever do COB? Do they advertise it or is it by invite only?

Don’t count on COB because it’s different every year. Since so many pnms registered for recruitment, I would not count on COB in “mid tier” or “upper tier” houses.

It depends entirely on where Total Membership is set after bid matching. Chapters at or above cannot take more members, those below can. But the ones that are below Total are only by about one or two, so they won't advertise or hold events because they don't have to, they'll just quietly offer to a girl or two they know and like.
