How does cob and snap bids work? Can a house give a snap bid to anyone or did you have to be invited back for a certain round????

A snap bid can go to any pnm that participated in the first round. But the likelihood of getting a snap from a house that released you is about zero. COB can go to anyone. Snaps are very rare, COB after recruitment is next to nothing. Don’t count on either. They are not a good strategy.
