Question about girls rush

My girlfriend told me about rushing and said she is going to be in Delda Zeta. She told me not to tell anyone what she said to me because she is worried she will get "drop" whatever that means. But I can't help but worry because I am not in a frat and looked up more about them and found this site and am not liking some of the things I am seeing on here. What is their reputation like, just curious?
