Hazing will never stop

Does the university not realize that no matter what they do fraternity hazing will never stop. It's apart of the system. No one just gets to get in for free or else greek life would be pointless it would just be a club for everyone to join. Hazing will never stop as much as they try, it is an integral part of the system and is what facilitates the brotherhood. Without hazing how do you expect these kids to build bonds with each other and actually connect with their PC. There is a purpose to hazing and it's not just because the older guys just want to **** on the pledges and make their lives horrible. If hazing wasn't a thing, the purpose and values of a fraternity would disintegrate.
