Could pike come back?

Lowkey if pike gets a house in the coming years would they be back to being a top / upper mid house? Feel like they have decent kids just need a crib

They were never a top/upper mid house. At their best in 2022 they were Asig level lol. Forever bouse.

They had the delts house for a few years which is probably the best physical house on campus besides maybe Fiji while delts was suspended. They never got anywhere close to upper mid/top😂😂 even with that house. They made it to about the level of beta sig (before cnd), DU (before kicked) theta, agd, and aopi.

went to a pike party once bc no one else was throwing. they have a good group of younger guys but being off campus kinda keeps them lower mid at best

Good Guys but being off campus definitely hurts them. Last few PC's are really nice guys and know how to have a good time. Replace a bouse on campus with them!

genuinely some of the nicest guys I’ve met, wouldn’t mind them replacing tep/sigpi/asig on row
