Where should I rush spring

I’m thinking of rushing in the Spring but have some goals im working towards that I don’t want to give up. I’m fine with hazing to a certain point, I know any decent frat does. What houses have the best reputation to hazing balance? Are there any decent houses that don’t have a super time consuming pledging process?

Good balances are probably Pike, Delts, and Lambda (but sucks)
