What are the best off campus frats, and which ones are getting houses next?

ZBT is the best “off campus” frat since they still have connections from when they had a house and have stayed in the upper mid area

PIKE and Sammy are in similar situations but much lower

AKL has never been housed but has the best setup of any of the off campus places but they’re not gonna get a house soon, Acacia is off campus rn but get a house next year
