Can u do COB if u didn’t do primary recruitment?

IDK why people say "do COB" like it's another rush. It's not. There's not a second wave of new members classes, only a few bids after recruitment get offered.

Only the smaller chapters will do Continuous Open Bidding this semester, so if you are open to one of those houses then yes, you have a chance. Your chance is far better if you know members in those chapters, so after bid day reach out to them to see if and how they are meeting pnm's. No one is getting a COB to a large chapter this semester.

Who does COB is determined this way: After Bid Day, Panhellenic assesses the new membership numbers in the chapters and then sets the number for Chapter Total, which is the max membership number a chapter can have. Chapters that are below whatever that number is can take more members to get up to that number.

Get to know members in chapters and see if you can get a COB next fall. People will have graduated and otherwise moved on from their chapters so there will be a few spots.
