Will I get bullied for not being in a top tier srat
by: PnmI didn’t get any of the houses I wanted and was wondering if I should drop now and rerush as a sophomore. will I still have fun if I’m not in a top tier sorority and have as much plans? I’m scared I’ll lose out on the whole Greek life experience. Please help

No you won’t get bullied. People have common sense and realize that there are good people in every chapter. Ur gonna regret dropping, and shouldn’t expect to be asked back by a house next year if they dropped you once already. Ur gonna make great friends, have just as much fun and have just as many plans. Don’t self sabotage for the sake of “popularity”. This isn’t high school anymore

I’m a senior in a house that isn’t top ranked. If people care so much to bully you about being part of a chapter that they think is “bottom tier” then I think they’re extremely insecure and bored. Go wherever you feel like you bonded the most and it will be fun no matter what!

your chances aren’t gonna be any better as a sophomore. you’re better off joining a chapter you enjoyed off your list, or trying informal if you have friends who got houses that end up with open spots, but informal is difficult and most not bottom houses will be invite only and will only have a couple spots.
