Which houses will be moving up or down? People keep saying aepi pc is weird asf. Are any of the lower houses getting better?

Aepi- bad
Pikapps- good
Phi sig- really good
Theta chi- solid
Zbt- good
Phi delt- bad
Phi psi- solid
Beta- good
Sig chi- ok

Zbt moving down. Horrible fall 23 pc, spring 24 is all DU and not involved, fall 24 is bad too.
