DPhie losing house?

I’ve heard that Dphie didn’t renew their lease and that Gphi is moving in next year while their house goes under renovation. Is this true?

I don't know anything about DPhie but on Nov 15 in "news at IU" it mentions Gamma Phi being approved for renovations- if you google it you'll be able to read the article.
