No! Depending on the round, it is completely random. There is no need to worry about what it means by who’s recruiting you no matter their grade, house position, or any status regarding that. There are sooo many women going through this process it would make it difficult, especially in earlier rounds, to place PNMs with specific members. I found myself talking to members from all grades in every house I talked to. Hope this helps and goodluck <3

No not at all! I know it can feel that way because you want to talk to people around your age, not a senior, but usually you are placed with a girl strategically. Some of the best recruiters in the house are seniors purely because of their experience, so it can be the exact opposite!
