Phi Delt new setup???

while catching up with one of my girls over break she told me about some big metal “truss” like structure being built in the pd backyard… rumors say this new 15000$ setup will be home to some wild parties. Anyone know about this, is phi delt finally going to throw? I’m intrigued and very excited. 😜
