FRAT RANKINGS FOR INCOMING FRESHMAN

hey guys my brother is rushing next year and want to help him and new freshman.
There’s a bunch of great houses to rush but here is my opinion on the rankings. This is based off parties and how the guys are.
Top (definitely rush)
Pikapp, phi sig, Beta, Aepi, Phi Delt
Lower top (definitely rush)
Sig chi, Fiji, Theta chi, sae
Upper Mid (good houses rush)
Phi psi, Sammy, ZBT, sig ep
Mid (backup plans)
Chi Phi, snu, delts
Bottom (don’t rush)
lambda, Asig, sig pi, tep
Shouldn’t be frats
akl, pike, KDR
