Is Gphi on the downfall? I thought they used to be mid top of sororities but are they falling?

Their new PC is awful. There are two or three mid houses that got better freshmen than Gphi. They're falling.

Zeta chill. They could recruit no one and they'd still be better than you. Gphi is fine. They've always recruited personality
