Pros:
- Wonderful music (especially closing God bless this dj)
- Intimate but not suffocating tent
- Wide selection of elevated surfaces
- Guys genuinely have fun and will match your vibe
- ICONIC mothers (and they love their moms)
- If uninterested guys get hint
- Girls always are so nice

Cons:
- Disgusting co-ed bathroom

aepi’s house is horrid. parties are decent but their actual house is a 💩 hole. also if you think their tent is good clearly you don’t go to many frat parties
