Question about AEPI

Hi all, I am a freshman guy about to start the rush process right now, and I have been looking at a few houses. I don't have to make a decision until the end of the week but would like some insight regarding what I should look for. A few of my floormates are in AEPI and are trying to convince me to rush their house. They have been telling me for the little 500 race in the spring they have Drake and Lil Baby coming to perform at their house. I do not know how true this is but I'm trying to weigh all factors. They are nice guys, but talk in this weird lingo about being Touse and not Bouse. Please help as this week is already stressful enough. Thank you
