Don’t rush a house that’s “on the rise”

Incoming Pnms don’t be fooled when a house tells you they’re on the rise. Chances are they are trying to rise but can’t because that’s just not how it works. Don’t waste your time with the bottom houses if you wanna party with cool girls and good guys
