Why is Lambda ranked so low

Don’t know a lot about Greek life here, but was wondering why Lambda is ranked low. They’re one of the oldest frats at IU and they have a good house. I know they had a renovation, but I feel like they should at least be ranked with the rest of the 3rd st houses by this point. Do they just not throw enough? Not care about rank?

Where you see people ranked here genuinely means nothing, if ur planning to rush get off this site and form an actual opinion on the guys of the house

This is why I’m asking. I’ve met a few brothers and it seems to be a decent group of guys, but they’re always ranked in the lowest tier. I’m just curious why
