Top house for frats

I’m a freshman and want to rush in the spring what are the best frats to rush.

If you know anyone in a house or are a legacy definitely go there. If you have no connections whatsoever would recommend going to a lower-mid tier house. Avoid the top houses, they will already have 90% of their spring PC picked before rush even starts
