Delts has a better house snu pairs better
Both are bottom tho

Delts has way more history and just coming back

Snu also just got their house back.

Both fine houses you get brothers for life but I wouldnt like living in snu as much

They have the same pairs planned for early in the semester and both have a couple weird dudes, but every house has a couple outcasts so take that with a grain of salt

Delt: first semester back on campus so nobody knows if they'll have good parties, insanely nice house that will be easy to get a room in,harder pledgeship but worth it for their mansion, richer

Snu: weirder guys in general, worse house but better location imo, more established on campus, and more support from their nationals. Also cooler rituals from what I hear

They are both great social fraternities with amazing connections with 3rd street sororities (DPhie)
