know kids in the house, generally cool guys but in my opinion would rush elsewhere if u care abt ranks, popularity, girls, etc. if ur looking for brotherhood mainly then sig ep is good

Were on the verge of becoming an upper mid house but lost 60% of the house after a membership review. Not terrible option but would rush elsewhere first.
