Information for incoming freshman on top houses

Sororities don’t change much at IU. The top 3 have been aphi, pi phi, kappa without movement. DZ has been creeping up as well.
For guys there is a lot of movement, what once was AEPI and ZBT at the top is now pikapps and phi sig.
For the guys ranking here are what you need to know.
Don’t follow rankings on this site, everyone has a motive. Remember that frats are judged off their parties, their sorority relations, and their character.
Pi kapps: Top parties, top pairs
Beta: Great Parties, top pairs
Sig Chi: Barely any parties, top pairs
Phi Sig: Top parties, mid pairs
Phi delt: barely any parties, great sorority relations

Ok so basically if you want to always pair with the best sororities, the best choices are phi delt sig chi beta and pikapps?

As someone in an objectively mid tier+ house I can attest top pairs is a social climbing term that means top sororities want to have events with you. I believe for example, alpha sigma alpha sorority will be pairing with phi kappa psi for their homecoming event, etc…
