Who to rush as a sophomore

Going to rush next fall and I’ll be a sophomore. Id say I’m pretty likeable and social definitely don’t stick out in any negative ways. Who should I rush and who should I not even bother with. I only have one shot since getting in anywhere as a sophomore is hard so I don’t wanna waste my time at houses where it’s guaranteed I won’t get a bid.
