There's a requirement that frats coming back aren't supposed to move in until they've been back for two years.

Delts has only been here for 1 year as of the fall and they’re getting the house so that’s not true

Umm no the person above was right. U have to wait 2 years unless you own the house, which delts do. Not sure if sig pi nationals own the house tho
