Bring in any houses frat is better than an unhoused frat in my opinion. Even though Sammy can get decent pairs, there’s so much more to a fraternity when u live in the house. Even the lower mids of Snu and Asig can still throw solid parties and their brotherhood is way better than a disjointed sammy

Whoever wrote this has obviously never met someone in sammy they have some of the best brotherhood in all of Greek life

Not really Delts are lower mid this year and are objectively mid to upper mid next year. Delts are probably just another version of Phi psi next year

But sammy literally has a whole block of apartments together and space to throw there so I think that makes it somewhat better
