Supposedly Sammy is taking the Sig Pi house next year?? Don't remember last time they have had a house

the sig pi house is getting renovated, but they're supposedly coming back this fall so who knows.

Sig pi isn't allowing anyone to rent their house. If they wanted to they’d have had tenants since 2021. Good for them unlike a zbt or pikes they actually own a decent house for themselves…
