Is Ksig kicking out SK??
by: SK pledgeheard ksig is coming back but what does that mean for sigma kappa. rules are u gotta wait two years to get the house back but delts did it in one, is this because of house ownership or??

Sk isn’t losing their house. They just signed a lease for 5 more years and just did renovations. It’ll be 5 years before ksig is able to take that house again. Sk also has a contract with the university saying that if they are displaced by the university or otherwise they must have a house. Sk will never be unhoused.
