Coming from Phi Delt Junior, Delts has potential to definitely be a touse within 1-2 years. They have a couple weirdos in their PC rn but every house does and if u think otherwise then its prob u buddy. They have a great bike team that will most likely win little 5 and with them getting their house back theyre fs gonna rise. The fraternity itself has a lot of history as well, not as good as Beta but its up there. If u haven’t gotten a bid i highly recommend going to the IMU… thats all folks
