Is it better to do informal rush in spring or fall?

I talked to my rho gam after dropping and she said she recommended to do informal in the spring because more of the houses do it? Do I have a better chance next fall when I will have friends that are initiated? Do mid-good houses even do fall informal?

Fall rush fs!! More girls will drop this semester and during the fall. There will be more spots then. Do not waste your time with spring rush. Over 600 girls are doing it
