How do pnms get paired with actives

Do chapters get their best girls for the best pnms. Or is it totally random?

It's mostly by common interests so you have something to talk about.

So we want a pnm to be able to see herself in our house. So yeah we pair actives with pnms who share common interests, common style, similar backgrounds, maybe are from the same area, etc. Its to create relatability and connection.
