please remember that chapters literally practice recruitment for MONTHS. they know exactly what to do to make you like them. nationals have women who’s entire career is dedicated to analyzing recruitment practices and what works & what doesn’t. look past the noise, decor, houses, etc and see the people for who they are. what they do outside of their chapter, how they interact with people, the things that matter!! don’t get caught up in the show and end up in a chapter that you don’t even like.

bumpppp this. red flags are... having to take big informal classes because they can't keep members.. small senior classes because they just quit once they find their friend group.. or people who hate each other in the same PC... houses that have to have committees to come on greek rank and self-rank and promote themselves because they dont have any other way to sell themselves aka no sisterhood etc
