The 10 frats & 8 sororities that always pair together:

Phi delt, phi sig, pi kapps, beta, aepi, sae, sig chi, zbt, sammy

Aphi, pi phi, kappa, chi o, dz, gphi, zeta, axo

Occasionally some middles will be thrown in, but for the most part these houses are always paired together on the weekends.
