Kappa Delta Cease and Desist?

As a pnm, I was googling the sororities and I saw for Kappa Delta that it was placed on cease and desist in 2020. What happened/is it still going on? I want to make sure I know what I’m getting myself into when I go to them whether they’re good or bad.

they’re not on it anymore check osfl disciplinary website if you want to see who’s in trouble. currently no sororities are on c&d, not sure about if any are on probo or anything tho

They took their new members to a frat on bid night which is against PHA and OSFL rules, they were on C&D because that puts the sorority on pause while the school investigates what happened, then they were placed on probation but are now okay

Besides being against recruitment rules, I think the school was concerned that taking new members to a frat could be a hazing incident. I don’t think they found anything tho cause they weren’t on probation for long
