don’t let these ranks dictate your ranking too much, if you only put top houses first even tho you didn’t actually have good conversations with them and they drop you you’re going to be so upset and then be left w houses you didn’t give enough attention to. have your preferences of course but keep options open because you never know what is going to happen

I was so hung up on wanting the top houses bc I knew people in them and even tho my best convos weren’t w them. I almost dropped recruitment when I didn’t get them back on my lists but now I’m so happy where I am now and I know I just would not have been as happy there
