Why does iu keep adding more frats when there is not enough houses? Delts Ksig and Sig Pi coming back seems pointless

That’s a really dumb and uneducated question. These are historic frats that got kicked and are returning. The ones we have now are pretenders like for example where is beta sig living when acacia comes back. Snu has their house. Delts always lived there same with sig pi

Because they own the houses. Houses like Pike and Beta Sig are just leasing them.
