what’s good advice for a PNM going into recruitment? Should I be worried bc I don’t know anyone in any house?

No!! That’s a good thing! There’s very little consideration taken regarding who people know. You have a fair chance everywhere. Keep an open mind and don’t listen to this website! End up where you feel happy and comfortable and you will never look back!
