Does gpa matter a ton

How important is gpa during recruitment ? Is it a deciding factor ?

it matters to some houses but not generally a deciding factor unless it is so low the house is worried you will go below and they will have wasted time on you

For most houses u gotta be smart too like unless ur top houses who only care about looks and dont care if ur braindead
