the reality of xo and zeta
by: lameeveryone saying chi o is top but zetas not or zetas top but chi o isn’t is actually so dumb. xo and zeta pair with exactly the same houses as a phi and pi phi and a lot of the time they’re even picked over them bc top frats are sick of only being with aphi and piphi. if ur gonna call one of them top they both are. if ur gonna put one of them upper mid they both are. dz is arguably the same too

Xo is top again for a few reasons. There are no other top houses like them and they only pair with top and upper-mid frats (like the other top houses.) Zeta will become top if Kappa falls hard. Zetas vibe is very very similar to Kappas but Zeta seems to stick with upper-mid (and some mid) frats only but often steal top pairs so that means they aren’t top yet. DZ’s only top pair is PiKapps but otherwise they pair with upper-mid or mid frats so it’s not the same.
