Not a single person genuinely likes theta chi. frats who cant have parties just pair with them because they have no where else to go.

Yes everyone I know does, but at the same time other houses have twitter fingers and hate to see a middle tier house do well

No one likes or dislikes them they ain’t been on the map until this year. I don’t think anyone will complain tho if they keep throwing parties like they did this weekend.
