Theta shouldn’t even be mid tier

yes they do “pair” but it’s within certain context. Theta does not “pair” nationally. They still party with fraternities all over the country but dont officially “pair” which is the important part. Similar example is how phidelt is a nationally “dry” fraternity so therefore they aren’t allowed to drink, so they just drink “unofficially.” So it’s all about avoiding the semantics behind these policies that nationals set up. That’s all. So no my guy theta pairs and parties just not officially
