is it even worth rushing top houses as a sophomore?

just wondering if it's even worth rushing upper/top houses as a sophomore. Like ik the main answer to this question is "if ur chill you can get a bid anywhere" but I'm guessing that most of the 'top' frats would still wanna bid mostly freshman. like even if you fw the brothers and it seems like they fw you would being a sophomore make it a lot harder to get a bid? or do houses only take a certain amount of sophomores in each PC? just don't wanna waste my time rushing a frat i have no chance at haha
